January Street Fashion 2009Larenzo Lapelleon ![]() It figures, that the first snappy male dresser I spy is from Toronto. During a visit to see family in Victoria, we caught Larenzo looking more like a sleek business professional than a tourist. Toting labels galore, he gives our readers a good idea of just what some of the young men in eastern Canada are wearing. We have to ask you, who are you wearing? “My jacket is by ZARA, and the inside blazer is from Jones New York.” (Not mention, Velvet!) You are all decked out in stylish accessories. Can you tell us which brands you’re wearing? My watch is by 'Movado' and my shoes are 'Mephestom'. These sunglasses are by 'Armani'. Larenzo, drenched in black-on-black layers with his shirt and tie patterned by hints of electric blue, confidently swaggered through downtown in attire normally very professional by islander standards; yet, his labels and style choices are testimony to the fact men also like to spend money on sharp looking accessories. Sorry girls, this suave metropolitan stray made no mention of moving out here anytime soon. - As published in SNAP Victoria. Photography by www.bullockandkirstein.com |
